Billy Prendergast has over 30 years of experience. Billy worked at David Chipperfield Architects from 1998 to 2025, where he was a Director for over 10 years. Billy gained wide experience working on many notable projects both internationally and in the UK on a range of project scales and typologies from civic, cultural, workplace, residential, and masterplanning. Billy brings energy and critical thinking from his experience with complex political and physical contexts, historic structures, and adaptive reuse strategies.
